

Welcome to My Journey
As a parent, we face many ups and downs every day. Our little ones bring an immeasurable amount of joy. They also bring very little peace. It's part of the balance we face every day.

One thing that has helped me find balance, both literally and figuratively, has been yoga. I've been practicing for over a decade, but since shifting to life into momhood, I've found a different kind of appreciation for what it has done for me - body and soul.

If an ounce of that joy, that pain and that peace can speak to just one person, I am happy to share it in the one way I know best - writing.

After a lot of soul searching and studio hopping, I will be starting my yoga teacher training to get my 200 hour yoga certification. I plan to detail my journey here, as both a yogi and a mom.
